The Administrator processes your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of activities and services and products offered by the Administrator, based on your consent to receive commercial information, to the e-mail address or telephone number indicated by you, which constitutes the Administrator’s legitimate interest. The basis for processing personal data is Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO (the processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child);
  1. The administrator processes your personal data in the form of your name, e-mail address and telephone number;
  1. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to receive commercial information. You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial information at any time by contacting the Administrator via e-mail, by telephone or in person at any of the Administrator’s facilities;
  1. The Administrator shall keep your personal data confidential and secure them from unauthorized access by third parties in accordance with the principles set forth in applicable regulations;
  1. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country (outside the European Economic Area) or to an international organization;
  1. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled;

The recipients of your personal data are the Administrator’s employees and co-workers, i.e. persons with whom the Administrator cooperates for the purpose of performing professional duties, external service providers, i.e. entities whose services are used by the Administrator in processing your data, ICT service providers, as well as other independent recipients, i.e. entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of an agreement for entrustment of personal data processing, institutions authorized to control the Administrator’s activities or entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of separate regulations;

    1. access to personal data concerning you, rectification (correction), completion if incomplete, deletion or restriction of processing, data portability, and receipt of a copy;
    2. to object to the processing;
    3. file a complaint against the Administrator to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law;
    4. where processing is based on consent, withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);
