A large, and above all firm and shapely bust is a desire of many women. Unfortunately, not all of us have been so generously endowed by mother nature. There are many ways to get a larger breast size, and non-invasive breast augmentation treatments are becoming more and more popular. What are they and what do they look like?

Why are non-invasive breast augmentation treatments so popular?

The popularity of non-surgical breast augmentation procedures is increasing, since most women can undergo them without special requirements. All because these are not long-term plastic surgeries that require complete anaesthesia. Not all women can undergo such anaesthesia, and moreover, there are many concerns about implanting artificial implants and problems with their acceptance. In addition, the recovery time after non-invasive breast augmentation procedures is much shorter, and the effects are equally satisfactory. It is also worth knowing that non-invasive methods allow you to lift the bust and its shaping, not just enlargement.

Breast augmentation with your own fat

It is one of the most natural methods of body contouring and breast enlargement. The transplanted fat is collected during liposuction from other parts of the body. Most often, liposuction takes place from the most problematic places, i.e., thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. Then the obtained fat is properly cleaned and prepared for reintroduction under the skin of the breast. It is cleansed of water and dead cells. The fat prepared in this way is transplanted between the gland and the skin around the breast and the pectoral muscle. This is done using very thin cannulas. It is a procedure with virtually no risk of transplant rejection, as the fatty tissue comes from the patient.

Breast augmentation through own fat transplantation is most often performed in patients between the ages of 20 and 50. You can enlarge your breasts by one size during one treatment. Of course, it is possible to carry out several treatments, but it must be done at appropriate intervals.

After the procedure, it is recommended to avoid sleeping on the stomach and compressing the breasts for some time. In addition, you should not stay in places with large temperature fluctuations, such as a sauna or sunbathing in a solarium.

Breast augmentation with hyaluronic acid

Due to its properties, hyaluronic acid is widely used in aesthetic medicine. During the breast augmentation procedure, it is used to fill and model the bust. Moreover, hyaluronic acid positively influences the firming of the bust. It is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. Therefore, it is a safe and minimally invasive method of breast augmentation. It can also be used to lift the breasts, correct asymmetry, and improve their appearance, which changes especially after pregnancy and lactation and weight fluctuations.

The procedure does not require anaesthesia, and in the case of women with low pain resistance, local anaesthesia is used. Hyaluronic acid is injected using thin needles. The effects are visible immediately after the treatment, which usually lasts up to an hour. The effects last for a relatively long time, up to 1.5 years. After this time, the treatment can be repeated. Immediately after the procedure, the breasts should be massaged to ensure proper distribution of hyaluronic acid. The treatment does not require a recovery period, but it is also recommended to avoid sleeping on the stomach, saunas, hot baths, and solariums.

How much does non-invasive breast augmentation cost?

The cost of non-invasive breast augmentation treatment depends primarily on the chosen method. Breast augmentation and its price in the case of fat transplantation range from PLN 11,000 to PLN 13,000. Of course, it applies to both breasts and includes the cost of liposuction. On the other hand, breast augmentation with the use of hyaluronic acid is a bit cheaper and ranges from PLN 5,000 to PLN 14,000. The final price depends on the scope of the procedure, whether it will involve breast augmentation or a slight correction or lift.

Preparations for the surgery

Although both treatments are non-invasive, they require prior consultation with a doctor. During the visit, the doctor, based on the examination and interview, will choose the appropriate method for effective breast augmentation. Patients have different types of breasts, so the choice of enlargement method must be based on an interview and examination. In the case of slim women, breast augmentation with your own fat may be difficult because an adequate amount of suctioned adipose tissue is needed.

In turn, hyaluronic acid will work well in the case of bust correction, firming and slight enlargement. Therefore, it is worth considering surgical methods of breast augmentation that allow for more spectacular effects and allow the removal of excess skin or reduction of the nipple areola.
